• MC78L00A Linear voltage regulator, ON Semiconductor. The ON Semiconductor MC78L00A families are linear voltage regulators that cover a range of fixed output voltages from the MC78L05A at 5 V to the MC78L24A which is 24 V output. These positive voltage regulators offer thermal shutdown and internal current limiting. There is no need for external devices and they produce an output current of 100 mA. Pb packages are also available.
