- 0.5mm Hirose SMT Board to Board Header with Boss - DF12D Series. DF12 series straight, SMT mounting, ultra-miniature board to board, double row pin header connectors with a 0.5mm contact pitch available with a variety of stacking heights. These 0.5mm PCB mount double row pin header connectors have a UL94V-0 polyamide body and gold plated contacts. These DF12D SMT board to board header connectors have a metal fittings for board retention. DF12 SMT Header and Receptacle connector mated stacking heights:. DF12(3.0)-xxxx-xxxx have a stacking height of 3mm DF12(3.5)-xxxx-xxxx have a stacking height of 3.5mm DF12(4.0)-xxxx-xxxx have a stacking height of 4.0mm DF12(5.0)-xxxx-xxxx have a stacking height of 5.0mm If no figure in brackets is quoted then the stacking height will be 3.5 to 5.0mm.
