The YP series wirewound ceramic core resistors are coated with multilayer silicone to provide excellent insulation of the resistance wire over a temperature range of 55°C to 350°C. Ideally suited for industrial grade capacitors, the YP series are for voltage balancing of series connected aluminium electrolytic capacitors and capacitor voltage discharge safety applications in high voltage circuits.
