• This is a 500mm long 4-conductor cable with 1mm JST termination. It's designed to connect Qwiic enabled components together but can be ***d for other applications as well.
• Each Qwiic Cable's wires have been color coded to red, black, blue and yellow.
• This cable is ***d for connecting Qwiic boards that need to be very far away from the controller. Note that I2C signals will degrade over longer distances. We recomm*** keeping the connections to 1 meter or less. That said, we've daisy-chained boards 2 meters(four of these cables)away from a RedBoard successfully. Your mileage may vary.
• The SparkFun Qwiic connect system is an ecosystem of I2C sensors, actuators, shields and cables that make prototyping faster and less prone to error. All Qwiic-enabled boards *** a common 1mm pitch, 4-pin JST connector. This reduces the amount of required PCB space, and polarized connections mean you can't hook it up wrong.
