• The IsoTherm-System consists of an IsoRack (work rack), an IsoSafe (insulation box), and two IsoPacks (cooling packs), and is dedicated to the ability to efficiently cool samples and maintain them at –21°C or 0°C for several hours. The IsoTherm-System can be ***d for PCR sample preparation, sample transfer, gentle thawing of frozen samples, and to prevent enzymes from becoming inactive.
• Ideal for cooling, transfer, and storage of frozen samples
• Dry incubation technology eliminates contamination risks associated with traditional ice bath incubations
• 24 microtubes held (e.g., 0.5 mL or 1.5 mL/2.0 mL)
• Two versions of the IsoPack (cooling pack) available :
• White maintains 0°C for up to 6 hours
• Blue maintains -21°C for up to 3 hours
• No dissolving ice bath required, reduces contamination risk
• All system components can be ***d individually
• Rack can be stacked or autoclaved and centrifuged with MTP rotor
