• Pyrogel XTE is a heat-retaining aerogel blanket made of glass fiber nonwoven fabric impregnated with silica aerogel.
• Compared to conventional insulation materials such as rock wool insulation materials, calcium silicate insulation materials, and water repellent perlite insulation materials, the thermal conductivity is approximately 1/2 to 1/3.
• It exhibits the same heat insulation performance as conventional heat insulation materials with less heat insulation thickness.
• Sheet-like, soft and flexible, yet has excellent restorability.
• It can be easily cut with a box cutter, etc., and fits in complicated shapes, curves, and narrow spaces.
• *This product contains a trace amount of organic matter, and the temperature inside the heat insulator may rise due to decomposition and oxidation of organic matter during initial heating after installation. The maximum temperature that can be ***d is 650°C, but it is recomm***ed that the internal fluid be less than 400°C. This internal heat generation phenomenon occurs temporarily after the temperature rises. There is a possibility of sudden heat generation when the object is already hot. When adding heat insulation to the existing insulation, make sure that there are no hot spots.
