- AEC-Q200 qualified. PWR220T-35 Series. The PWR220T-35 Series from Bourns® is a TO-220 style power resistor manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. TO-220 housing Low inductance Resistor electrically isolated from the backplate High power rating. These power resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for automotive applications. Other suitable applications include test and measurement, motor drives, power supplies and rectifiers.
