• This pump has a simple structure and can be disassembled and assembled by yourself. It was designed for the purpose of understanding the mechanism and being able to *** it freely. After obtaining it, we thought it would not be idle due to troubles in various places.
• Therefore, the mechanism is completely bare and the exterior is completely made, which makes it cheaper.
• In principle, it is a reciprocating piston pump, and the amount of one round trip is fixed, so the flow rate cannot be adjusted by the pump itself.
• Then, about 50 mL is circulated per minute, and a part of it flows into the column, and the rest is returned to the solvent container.
• Since the pressure rises to about 30 kgcm2, a pulse damper is attached so that the pulse stops within 7~10 kg, and it is adjusted by this.
• Think of it as a ring-shaped water main with a pressure of 7~10kgcm2, from which you turn on the faucet and *** water.
• Therefore, even if the column is clogged for some reason, the pressure does not increase further, and the liquid only circulates around the water main. As with the safety circuit and limiter, no pressure is applied to the pump or column to increase the pressure.
• We have not seen many examples of this pump to date, so please give it a try.
• The damper is a diaphragm containing nitrogen gas. It is not an air damper, so there is no gas penetration into the solvent.
• The material is stainless steel and fluoroplastic.
