Versions of these AMP-LATCH universal headers feature ejector latches which enable a secure connection to and easy removal from the mating IDC ribbon cable receptacle connectors. These AMP-LATCH universal ribbon cable header connectors are available without latches or with a long or short latch style Connectors with long latches mate with receptacle connectors without strain relief.
