- It is suitable for HPLC measurement using a concentration gradient with methanol or acetonitrile.

- Flo-Scint (TM) II exhibits high sample retention and low viscosity for polar solvents and low salt buffers.
- Flo-Scint (TM) III provides high sample retention, low viscosity, and high counting efficiency for solutions containing methanol or acetonitrile, or for buffers of moderate salt concentration containing phosphoric acid.
