  • Non-natural type, for suppressing side reactions of glycopeptide synthesis and for highly efficient synthesis
  • A new temperature control technology (PAT) that promotes peptide solid-phase synthesis reactions while preventing the pyrolysis of reagents under low-temperature conditions, using technology that maximizes the use of microwaves at low temperatures. This glycopeptide synthesizer (PAT) is capable of synthesizing glycopeptides in the solid phase, which has been difficult to synthesize.
  • By continuously irradiating microwave traveling waves while cooling at a low temperature in an aluminum block thermostatic bath, the unique effect of microwaves can be obtained at low temperatures below 25°C. Glycopeptide synthesis using non-natural amino acids and sugar amino acids is possible while suppressing side reactions.
  • The unique effects of microwave irradiation at low temperatures can reduce the amount of reagents required for peptide synthesis.
  • It is an easy-to-use and versatile device. Various peptide syntheses can be easily performed manually, reducing the time and labor required to synthesize long peptides and glycopeptides. Solid-phase synthesis (Fmoc) can be performed.
  • The solid state reaction vessel is made of polypropylene and is used for synthesis of 1 mL scale. Optional 5 mL and 10 mL scales are also available.
  • Equipped with an optical fiber temperature sensor, the solvent temperature is controlled below 25°C by precise adjustment of the microwave output (1~100 W continuous wave).
  • Collection containers can be collected in glass bottles or centrifuge tubes.
  • When using the GPS type, you need to submit an application for permission to use high-frequency equipment to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications.
