- Scotch 8956 is a general purpose sealing tape with excellent resistance to continuous glass fiber reinforced tension. ScotchPro's biaxial polypropylene backing provides strong resistance to wear, humidity and friction. Adhesives are formulated to provide excellent adhesion to the surface of cardboard. The fiber and backside protection of the tape increases the service life of the packing. Improves packing performance for short outdoor exposures.
