These single pole miniature solid state relays have normally closed (1-Form-B) contacts and feature a 4-pin SOP package. They are able to provide 1500 Vrms of input to output isolation by taking advantage of optically coupled MOSFET technology. The outputs have been constructed from efficient MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die and the well-known OptoMos architecture.
