- TE Connectivity DYNAMIC D-2000 Series Crimp Contacts. DYNAMIC D-2000 series tab and receptacle contacts for use in DYNAMIC D-2100 series connector housings. When the contact is inserted into the housing a lance inside the housing secures it into place and produces an audible click to confirm secure locking. The contact can also be easily removed using the correct tooling. These DYNAMIC D-2000 series contacts have a twist resistant box type construction with 3 points of contact for increased electrical reliability. A long contact wiping length provides the high electrical reliability needed when used in industrial machinery. Features and Benefits.
