Features
- High NA infinity correction objective lens for femtosecond laser (770~790 nm) and YAG laser (1064 nm) processing.
- Since it is designed to suppress aberrations in the visible range, it is also possible to observe the machined surface coaxially with the laser beam.

- * Ensure sufficient operating distance (WD) or insert a thin glass shield to protect the objective lens from contamination.
- * When a femtosecond laser beam of 100 fs or less is injected, the pulse width may be widened.

- * Magnification may differ when ***d with a microscope barrel of another manufacturer.
