• There are two types of objective lens holders attached to the M 20.32: a normal type (LHO-20.32) that allows the optical system to be close together, and a hood type (LHO-20.32 A) that avoids stray light.
• Since the objective lens is attached to a simple and rigid holder, stable images can be obtained even at high magnification.
• An objective lens adapter (TAT-18OA) is also available for centering and adjusting the objective lens using the cross motion holder (TAT).
• An objective lens adapter (LHO-50ADP) is also available to fix the objective lens to the φ50 lens holder.
• * When using an objective lens other than those manufactured by the company, the screws may be stiff even if the standard is the same.
• * For high-magnification objective lenses, a fine tuning mechanism for centering and focus adjustment is required.
• * Set the stage for adjustment under the objective lens holder or set the stage for adjustment on the sample (object).
