Features
- By using synthetic quartz as the lens material, we have realized a condensing lens that can withstand high-power lasers and high-energy pulsed lasers.
- It can be ***d for focusing and collimating various solid-state lasers such as Yb fiber laser, YAG laser, YVO4 laser, etc.
- For lenses with a focal length of 60 mm or more, spherical aberration and coma aberration are sufficiently corrected at a wavelength of 1064 nm, and the laser collimated light can be narrowed down to a spot diameter that is almost diffraction limited.
- The wide band antireflection coating allows it to be ***d in fiber coupled lasers in the 1040~1150 nm wavelength range.
- Since a certain transmittance of 632.8 nm is obtained, a He-Ne laser can be ***d as a guide light.
- A special lens holder (LHF-M29-25, LHF-M34-30, LHF-M50.9-50) is available for fixing the condenser lens.
- The HFTLSQ-15-20 PF1 comes with a special adapter for attaching to the fixed condenser lens holder (LHF-M29-25).
- The HFTLSQ-20-30 PF1 comes with a special adapter for attaching to the fixed condenser lens holder (LHF-M34-30).
- Protective glass, sold separately, can be installed to protect the lens from laser beam machining.
- * Use the condenser lens when you want to focus an object at infinity, or when you want to *** the point light source as parallel light.
- Sufficient optical performance cannot be obtained when the camera is ***d for close-range imaging.
- * The condenser lens has an orientation that allows light to enter.
- * Be sure to allow parallel light to enter from the upper side (look at the engraving on the side of the lens barrel upright).
- * Doing so can ca*** chromatic aberration and spherical aberration to become large, which can increase the size of the focus spot, and can ca*** blurred images.
- Chromatic aberration and transmittance are reduced when the camera is ***d outside the specified wavelength range.
- * When using with a high power laser or near a high heat source, the focusing lens may become hot and the focal length of the focusing lens may change.
- * Heat dissipation measures are necessary when irradiating for a long time.
- * If you want to reduce the condensing spot diameter, widen the incident beam diameter (1/e^2) to about half the effective diameter (De) of the condensing lens.
- * This condenser lens is not an achromatic lens.
- Chromatic aberration is not corrected.
