• Surface roughness was reduced to 0.2 nm (Ra) or less by special polishing of parallel planar substrates.
• It can be ***d as a substrate for high-power laser mirrors and X-ray mirrors, where the influence of substrate scattering is concerned.
• Use the wedge type when you are concerned about the effect of backside reflection such as a beam splitter.
• CaF2 (calcium fluoride) and MgF2 (magnesium fluoride) have high permeability in the ultraviolet and infrared regions.
