Features

- Mirrors ranging from the fundamental wave (1064 nm) to the 4 times wave (266 nm) and mirrors for Ar* F (193 nm) and Kr* F (248 nm) excimer lasers are available according to the wavelength of the YAG laser.
- High reflectivity is obtained, so light intensity is not greatly attenuated when multiple mirrors are reflected.
- Since it ***s a dielectric multilayer film without absorption, it can withstand continuous irradiation by a high-power laser.
