• The basic difference between regular wire mesh (wire mesh with square openings) and filter wire mesh is that the horizontal lines of the filter wire mesh are so close together that no space is visible in the plane (so-called zero-open).
• Therefore, the spatial rate of the filter wire mesh cannot be accurately measured.
• Various types of filter wire mesh can infer the filter pores based on the relationship between the flow rate and the pressure drop, and can be compared and estimated based on the characteristics of the fine particle collection.
• The filter holes of the filter wire mesh are determined by the maximum bubble pressure method (JISB8356) to determine the absolute value of fine particle collection (usually expressed in microns).
