This product consists of hemispherical-shaped polycarbonate tank, high density polyethylene made (HDPE) multiport head plate, scoping marine impeller, open airflow port, sintered sparger, weldable C-Flex tube and all the necessary gas inlet/outlet filter, and has robust structure. As the tank is a molding, 1 luer operation sample port, 1 liquid inlet/outlet port, 2 pieces of liquid added line, 2 pieces of direct sparging line, 1 harvest line have been added below minimum operation capacity position. As check valve is embedded in all gas and liquid added ports located below minimum operation capacity, the flow of gas or liquid is maintained in one direction. CellReady 3L bioreactor is has been assembled and irradiated by gamma line, so it is shipped in the state of ready to *** immediately.
