Features
- A draft chamber suitable for *** in etching and cleaning processes in semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Made of hard PVC with excellent acid and alkaline resistance, it can be conveniently ***d for work using acid treatment or other chemicals.
- A baffle plate is ***d on the back of the inside of the chamber, so it can surely exhaust gas with heavy specific gravity.
- Gooseneck type water taps are operated remotely by the handle on the front of the chamber.
