• Close the main cocks of pipes and hoses and depressure the inside of the pipes before repairing them. Wipe off dirt such as oil, grease, rust, etc, from areas that you repair. Scratch around areas that you repair with a file or sand paper so that the tape sticks more tightly. Before you start repairing, be sure to put on attached gloves. 1. Soak the tape in water for about 20 seconds 2. Squeeze it 3 times so that water soaks into its core. 2. Wind the tape tightly while ext***ing it, and *** up all of it. 3. After winding the tape, wet your gloved hand, and rub firmly the tape as if squeezing it, so that resin fills in the stitches of the tape. 4. Rub the tape with wet hands for 1 - 2 minutes until it becomes hard. The tape gets slightly hot. After it firmly adheres, leave the tape for 20 minutes, make sure that it cures, and then open the piping. After the tape cures completely, you may sand-finish or paint it.
