Features
- Thin copper plates are perforated in microns by electrocasting.
- Unlike conventional laser drilling, pinhole roundness is high and the edge of the hole is very smooth.
- A thin copper substrate with high thermal conductivity is coated with gold, which is highly reflective to infrared radiation (IR), and the damage threshold is approximately 50 MW/cm 2 (@ 700 nm).
