While the Raspberry Pi has been cited for power switches, real-time clocks, and Micro SD boot and storage issues, the Pi Desktop expansion board has a built-in mSATA interface for power switches, real-time clocks (RTC), and SSDs, which can reinforce the Raspberry Pi's weaknesses.
