- AEC-Q200 qualified. PWR163 Series SMT 25 W Power Resistor. PWR163 series are 25 W thick film surface mount power resistors. Featuring a DPAK style package and low inductance, these power resistors are ideal for high frequency applications such as amplifiers for audio or wireless base stations. PWR163 series power resistors have excellent pulse characteristics allowing them to be ***d in current limiting or capacitor discharge units. The PWR163 resistor is electrically isolated from the back plate and is compatible with lead free solder reflow temperatures. Features and Benefits: Low inductance High-power rating RoHS compliant. These power resistors are AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for automotive applications. Typical applications for these power chip resistors include test and measurement, power supplies, motor drives and rectifiers.
