The flip lock actuator is simple to *** and allows easy insertion of the FPC and provides a reliable electrical and mechanical connection. When fully closed the actuator produces a tactile click to confirm it is firmly locked. The connector is supplied with the actuator already open so the FPC /FFC can be inserted immediately. These FH34SRJ 0.5 mm ZIF FPC/FFC connectors have top and bottom contacts for design flexibility. The housings feature entry chamfers on the inner walls for a smooth FPC/FFC insertion. The bottom of these FPC/FFC connectors is solid without any exposed contacts allowing the connector to be mounted over conductive traces on the PCB.
