- CPC9909 LED Driver ICs. The CPC9909 series from IXYS consists of high-efficiency, off-line, high-brightness LED driver ICs. Featuring an internal regulator which enables a wide operating voltage range, CPC9909 devices are suitable for many high-brightness LED applications. You can drive multiple LEDs in series or parallel with the CPC9909 LED driver IC. CPC9909 LED drivers also offer pulse frequency modulation (PFM) with constant peak-current control scheme for stability. LED dimming is also possible with the CPC9909. Suitable applications include; RGB display backlighting, signage, decorative lighting and LED driver applications (DC/DC or AC/DC).
