- RS Gate Valve Lockouts. These Gate Valve Lockouts from RS are available in three sizes to accommodate gates valves sized between 25 mm to 165 mm. These valve covers are virtually indestructible and once locked, the cover will simply rotate around the wheel preventing the valve wheel from being turned at all. Extreme weather and temperature resistant, these gate valve lockouts are produced from durable polyurethane plastics and resist abrasion or cracking.
