- Since it is designed to suppress aberrations in the visible range, it is also possible to observe the machined surface coaxially with the laser beam.
- The working distance (WD) is long, the curvature of the image plane is corrected, and a natural observation image can be obtained to the periphery of the field of view.
- It is an infinity-corrected objective lens that can be ***d in coaxial observation systems and laser introduction optical systems.
- Can also be ***d for observing near ultraviolet light.
- The objective lens can be ***d with a pulsed laser even in visible light (532 nm).
- A fixed objective lens holder (LHO-26) is available.
- The observation unit with coaxial illumination (OUCI-2) and the dichroic block for laser introduction (DIMC) are available as the lens barrel for laser processing.
