• Radial Insert Ball Bearings with Inner Ring. INA from Schaeffler radial insert ball bearings have the inner ring located on the shaft with two grub screws offset by 120°. This location method is suitable for bearing arrangements with a constant direction of rotation or, under low speed and load, for an alternating direction of rotation. The grub screws are self-retaining and have a fine pitch thread with cup point for secure location of the bearings. The GSH series bearings have an adapter sleeve and lock nut providing concentric, force locking location of the inner ring on the shaft. The result is higher speeds and quieter running than other radial bearings. The R seal is two zinc-coated sheet steel washers ext***ed outwards and angled downwards with intermediate NBR part and radially preloaded seal lip. Better protection against mechanical damage. Substantial grease reservoir due to the space between the ext***ed and angled sheet steel washers. Used in radial insert ball bearings with inner ring ext***ed on both sides.
