• Aminosilane is covalently bonded to OH groups on the glass surface to form a coating film, and a positive charge is imparted to the glass surface by the amino group, which is chemically more stable than poly-L-lysine coating.
• APS-coated slide glasses have stronger adhesion to tissue sections and cells than PLL-coated slide glasses, and are particularly resistant to heat treatments such as microwave and autoclave processing. Co-dyeing of glass surface is also lower than PLL coat.

• 1.If peeling occurs even when using APS coated slide, consider using MAS, MAS-GP, FRONTIER, PLATINUM PRO, CREST.
• 2.Due to the nature of the coating, the surface of the glass is highly hydrophobic. When fixing the tissue section, float the tissue section in water at a suitable temperature, scoop it up, and dry the moisture between the slide and the tissue section thoroughly before performing various treatments.
