The wire seals for these automotive connector housings can be loaded at the same time as the contacts are crimped and cavity plugs can be ***d to plug up un***d cavities. The design of these receptacle and plug style wire connector housings allows mis-mating to be prevented thus avoiding contact damage. These Econoseal J Mark II (+) series automotive housings also have a plate inserted to detect the half-mating of contacts and a double lock feature.
