TE Connectivity SOLISTRAND Spade Tongue Crimp Terminals. SOLISTRAND spade tongue crimp terminals designed to terminate solid and stranded wire and irregular shaped conductors. These SOLISTRAND spade tongue crimp terminals are made from fine grade high conductivity copper with tin plating and have closed barrels with brazed seams that create a uniform metal strength around the barrel. The inner surface of the barrels are either dimpled or serrated for maximum tensile strength and to maximise the electrical contact area after crimping. The bell shape barrel entrance of these SOLISTRAND spade tongue crimp terminals makes the insertion of wires easier.
