  • Half mirror for ultraviolet laser and YAG laser.
  • We offer a wide range of wavelengths from vacuum ultraviolet to infrared.
  • The surface is coated with a dielectric multilayer film and the back is coated with an anti-reflection film, resulting in little loss of light.
  • There are two types: a parallel plane type, in which the beam does not refract, and a wedge type, in which ghosts and interference due to backside reflections are less affected.
  • Since it is a plate type, wavelength dispersion and chromatic aberration generated by transmission through the substrate are small, and weight can be reduced.
