• This is a small indoor and outdoor construction system diagram made by Eco Uniboard.
• The Law Concerning Promotion of Proper T***ering and Contracting for Public Works came into effect on April 1, 2001. Under this law, contractors of public works are obliged to post construction system diagrams at construction sites in "places easily visible to construction personnel and places easily visible to the public," and contractors are obliged to inspect the construction system. (Article 13, Paragraph 3) The new law obliges all public contractors, including local governments, to make efforts to ensure proper bidding and contracting.
