- Since the liquid sample is directly pulverized, there is no need to filter and concentrate the liquid sample as a pre-process or grind the liquid sample as a post-process.
- The sample can be dried in small amounts on the order of grams of solids, making it easy to experiment at the laboratory level.
- Drying air inlet and outlet temperatures and dry air volume are displayed digitally, and a recorder output is also equipped to set, check and record experimental data.
- The nozzle of the spray air line is automatically cleaned by time setting. The clogging of the nozzle of the undiluted line can be eliminated by pressing the needle with your finger. The evaporation tube is equipped with a cleaning port so that crystals and other material adhering to the nozzle tip can be easily removed.
- In order to prevent the accumulation of liquid and the precipitation of samples as much as possible, the layout was designed taking into account the location of the spray nozzle and the locations of the sample stirrer and feed pump.
- To prevent dislodgement or breakage of the feed tube due to clogging of the spray nozzle, the pump has a discharge pressure monitoring function.
- A magnetic stirrer, an inlet (suction) filter and an outlet (air) filter are standard equipment to prevent sample precipitation and separation.
- The equipment can be easily disassembled, cleaned and assembled.
