Features

• Composed of 1/8"(3.2mm) flow plug (male) and socket (female) coupling, it makes a sound when securely connected and can be separated by one thumb push.
• Each type has a built-in spring valve to prevent leakage in the tube line when the connection is separated, and each type does not.
• All males and females are compatible with each other regardless of the presence or absence of valves, so you can mix and match freely. Also compatible with the Seven-Diameter 2P Series sold separately.
• Since the insertion angle between male and female is not specified, the tube can be connected without twisting.
• Bulkhead Screw Standard 1/2-24UNS, Hole Diameter 13~15 mm. 1 lock nut is included for fixing to the partition wall up to 12 mm in thickness for the socket and 7 mm for the plug.
• Operating temperature -40 to +82°C, operating voltage Vacuum to 800 kPa. Materials: Body and internal valve made of polyacetal resin (POM), O-ring made of nitrile rubber (Buna-N), internal spring made of SUS316, push-type latch button outside socket, spring and pin made of SUS301.
• Dep***ing on the number of lots, O-rings can be custom-made and changed to Byton or EPDM, please contact us separately.
• The metal cap of the connection port for the semi-hard tube and the lock nut attached to the bulkhead type are made of electroless nickel plated brass.
